i grew up in north east louisiana near poverty point an indian site that had indians more than 10000 years ago. we walk the fields after they disk and it rains and find most of our artifacts on the surface of the ground. my brother was the one who did most of the hunting. i had only found a few myself. he spent 40 years nearly walking the fields looking for arrow heads pigment bowls and what ever else he could find
i would be interested in selling some of my brothers collection at the prices you mentioned. i have them seperated out by location. my brother went a few times to texas, and ohio; as well as a few other places to hunt. the ones he collected off our home place and surrounding area are not for sale. but if you are interested in his out of state finds i will be happy to show you what i have.
