I started collecting about 35 years ago. I was always finding evidence of indian occupation under all the old homesites I was digging up while looking for early settler and Laffite related pirate stuff in the Galveston Bay Area. They had dibbs on all the primo real estate along the bay and bayous first , before anyone else even thought about it.
I grew up in NJ. Spent a lot of time in the trout streams and lakes of Warren and Sussex counties. I don't know the relationship of sites and habitation as to the wild areas I used to trapse upon, and still do when I visit my brother ,Glenn, in Stanhope. I always go back up to the Delaware river near Branchville. I never knew where to look up there., Thanks, Garry, (Lone Star)
Lone star, your welcome. Your avatar is real cool that would be one that I would post. My avatar is in Colorado I was going to an eagle trap that I know about to get some pics but someone had destroyed it so I took a pic of the area. If you need any help fire me a message or a PM and I will answer it ASAP.
Chase, By the way thanks for the advice. I don't get much time to play here, and learn my way around the site. I keep going where I don't want to go, then I can't go back. As a matter of fact, I don't know how I got here now. Ha! I like your avatar . Thanks Lone Star
