I have been rock hounding and looking for artifacts since I was little. I currently work in the oil fields and have a lot of off time to hike around and explore.
I am currently out in the oil fields near Williston North Dakota. I know there is a lot of native american history here but as I go out hiking all I am finding are fossils and lots of petrified wood. I would like to look for Indian artifacts. Any ideas on where to go?
