Artifact Sales Policy

Sellers at Arrowheads.Com may only offer authentic, ancient artifacts for sale .  We do not allow the sale of reproduction artifacts anywhere on this site, even if marked as such.  While these types of items may be desirable to some, we feel that the production and sale of reproduction and fake artifacts can be a menace to this hobby.

We believe that honest sellers will be diligent in their effort to offer only authentic artifacts for sale, and will promptly refund a buyer's money in the event a mistake is made.  Please, Please, Please, always give a seller or buyer sufficient time to correct any misunderstanding before posting negative comments anywhere on the net.  If you are unable to rectify a situation,  please contact us and explain the details of the problem.  Repeated complaints on a seller, or buyer may result in that person being barred from posting items for sale at Arrowheads.Com, and/or buying items listed for sale at Arrowheads.Com.

Please do not offer for sale, items obtained from Native American Burials.   You may be violating State or Federal law, and you will certainly be offending many who visit Arrowheads.Com.

All sellers at Arrowheads.Com must adhere to the principles set forth in the Artifact Sellers Code of Ethics (A.S.C.E.) as listed here.

You do not have to join any club or organization.  We simply ask that you treat any buyer at  Arrowheads.Com the way you would want to be treated.  We believe that the A.S.C.E. contains the basic principles that every seller of Artifacts should live by.

 

Buy and Sell only legally obtained Authentic Artifacts Guarantee that all items sold are exactly as represented for a minimum 14 days unconditionally upon return in as-sent condition Inform buyer of any  re-chipping or restoration that you have discovered on a piece Give buyer a reasonable time to have a piece looked at by a qualified authenticator Refund purchase price, if piece will not pass inspection by a qualified authenticator Be honest about what you know about a piece (don't assign false provenance to a piece, etc.) Do not indulge in the spreading of unsubstantiated rumors about another seller in order to gain a customer's business
