Meet John McCurdy

John is the owner of www. arrowheads.com. In addi­tion, he owns the The Official Overstreet Indian Arrowheads Identification and Price Guide, and recently released the 15th edition of this renowned artifact publication. He is a lifelong resident of Mississippi, being born and raised there. John is married to Betsy, and they have two children and two grandchildren, Will and Clark. John enjoys all artifacts, and his collec­tion is diverse. His favorite artifacts include claystone gorgets and bannerstones, as well as Benton cultural materials from Mississippi. John is a frequent show attendee, and has become well known in the collecting community. Many of his relics have appeared in Prehistoric American as well as the Central States ArchaeologicalJ oumal. John is constantly thinking up new ways to expand and enhance the collecting experience for all who have an interest in relics.

John has a successful background in residential real estate development in and around the Oxford, MS area.

Both John and Brock were involved in the most recent edition (15th) of The Official Overstreet Indian Arrowheads Identification and Price Guide which came out in late 2018.
